Sophie Kaner is the co-creator (along with partner Kevin Vibert), director, and sound designer for sci-fi/noir/fantasy/horror podcast The Penumbra. The Penumbra has been featured in The Guardian, Vox, HuffPost, and WePresent, as well as winning multiple Audio Verse awards for acting and production. Sophie is also a dancer and actor who works in the Boston area as a solo performer/teacher and with her award-winning burlesque/drag/performance art troupe. She's here to wreck the gender binary and make everyone gay.
